David Merlino, LMT, BCTMB, is a Massage Therapist in the State of Nevada. David has been preparing students to pass the MBLEx for over 14 years, and has had incredible success, focusing on technique more than content. Knowing how to take a test is almost as important as knowing the information in the test. With David’s techniques, a student should be able to do well on any test!

David has worked at numerous spas, massage clinics, and with numerous athletes, all in an attempt to increase his knowledge and understanding of massage therapy. David began his career as an educator in 2011, specifically focusing on licensing exam preparation.

David prescribes to the method of Minimal Effective Dose, only teaching students the information most likely to be seen on the exam, not information less likely to be seen. This gives students the ability to study effectively and more efficiently, which increases the likelihood of passing the exam.

In 2015, David was named Best College Instructor by the Reno News and Review.
